Director, Customer and Support Services
Direct and coordinate all customer and support service functions for the entire Meditab suite of solutions; ensure that all customer and support services functions are coordinated with the other management functions to meet customer requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of the management team.
- Direct and coordinate all activities of the Customer and Support Services function including customer service, payment posting, and correspondence as they relate to Physician and Hospital billing and collections.
- Manage a centralized customer service function for the entire Meditab suite of solutions.
- Manage the payment posting functions.
- Ensure that areas within the Customer and Support Services function are directionally aligned with company strategy.
- Develop overall budget and operating plan for Customer and Support Services.
- Monitor performance within Customer and Support Services and address any issues.
- Approve all Customer and Support Services related policies, procedures and standards.
- Conduct performance reviews of all direct reports.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree with 5+ years of experience in customer service and support functions within the healthcare industry to include knowledge of hospital and physician office customer service functions, correspondence, billing and collections.
- Experience in strategic planning, execution, problem solving, and managing technical personnel and complex activities.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
- Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Software Engineer
- Strong PowerBuilder 8.0
- Sybase, SQL, PL/SQL
- Network setup, OS installation

- dotNET developer with experience and knowledge of OOD

Requirements:
Senior Sales Consultant
Increase sales activity of specific product lines to current customer base and prospective customers. Work in partnership with sales representatives to qualify accounts, communicate with prospective customers, complete on-site demonstrations, and assist in the sale closing process.
The Senior Sales Consultant possesses specialized knowledge and a successful track record in the healthcare industry. A significant amount of travel is required to support the presentation of the product to highly qualified prospects and existing clients, teaming with the general sales force. This position requires excellent organization and training skills in order to support the education and certification of the Sales Team in the particular product line.
The Meditab Senior Sales Consultant will be proficient in the presentation and demonstration of one or more of the following Meditab Solutions: EMR, Pharmacy, Radiology, & Dental. Excellent qualifying, communication and teamwork skills will be required to ensure that proper forecasting, activity documentation, and feedback to sales representatives and executive team is scrupulously maintained.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree
- Related work experience: minimum of 3+ years in the healthcare industry.
- Prior Healthcare sales experience preferred, supported by strong technical skills in software, operating systems, and network environments; excellent phone skill required.
- Must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate dynamic interpersonal communication skills; and be able to deal effectively with company personnel and clients.
- Requires proficiency of Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Requires working knowledge of e-mail software package and the Internet.
Sales
Generate sales activity by establishing business relationships with prospects as well as existing customer base, educating prospects and customers on all products and new product launches, and supporting the company's Sales Strategy. Responsible for designated site contact and the sales process continuum through site prospecting, demonstration and sales closure. Support the sales team through sharing knowledge necessary for sales success.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree
- Related work experience: prefer minimum of two years experience in healthcare industry.
- Prior Healthcare sales experience preferred, supported by strong technical skills in software, operating systems, and network environments; excellent phone skill required.
- Must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate dynamic interpersonal communication skills; and be able to deal effectively with company personnel and clients.
